St. Charles County Youth Activity Park

JEMA is currently working with St. Charles County and Vireo on a masterplan vision to expand the Youth Activity Park in Dardenne Prairie. JEMA is providing architectural and interior design services to renovate the existing facility and construct a new recreational activities building. The facility will be transformed into a rock climbing gym with new party rooms, gear shop, welcome area, bike repair station, concessions, and staff offices. At the center of the masterplan initiative, to the north of the existing facility, the new activity building will provide flexible indoor recreation space, a dedicated esports room, a new cafe, covered outdoor dining, and park ranger offices. The upgraded and expanded facilities integrate into the park landscape and provide an all-season opportunity for recreation and community engagement.
