JEMA’S “LAST HOUSE” NEARS COMPLETION
JEMA’s new St. Louis office is nearly complete. The 7,150 sq. ft., 3 story historic structure was constructed in 1860 by a St. Louis mason who erected the residential duplex for his twin daughters. The historic restoration of the exterior contrasts with the modern design of the interior.
The new HQ will inhabit all 3 levels and features 7 marble fireplaces, a steel and wood workshop, and a full kitchen. The office will be able to house up to 35 architects, designers and planners.
