JEMA’s design for the new St. Charles City Centre Complex is featured in the St. Louis Business Journal. The project reimagines the historic American Car Foundry site as a civic destination with a new 75,000 sq. ft. City Hall, a public pocket park, a Recreation Center, and a Senior Center.
