An Essential Facility for St. Louis County Progresses

Construction continues at the St. Louis County Police Precinct 2, Intelligence Center, and Property Control Facility. The 50,000 sf Mission Critical building is now fully enclosed, with the brick and copper exterior cladding nearly complete. Inside, framing, HVAC, and electrical work are underway, as the building moves towards an on-budget and on-schedule completion.
