JEMA’s design for 3150 Morgan Ford is moving forward following approval to demolish three existing buildings on the site. The new $10 million development will feature 36 market-rate apartments with integrated ground-level parking. Construction is expected to begin in late 2025 or early 2026. We are proud to continue investing in the Morgan Ford corridor, building on the success of our previous projects MOFO Urban Residences and Y|O Apartments.
