The steel substructure is now in place at the Lincoln County 911 Dispatch and Emergency Operations Center, marking a key construction milestone. This 15,000-square-foot, Mission Critical, Category IV facility is designed to remain fully operational during and after natural disasters, with dual electric feeds, a dual-fuel emergency generator, and structural reinforcements to withstand seismic and high-wind events.
