MOFO CUTS THE RIBBON

MOFO Urban Residences recently “cut the ribbon” and celebrated their grand opening. The $5.6 M new mixed-use building is located at Morganford and Connecticut Streets in St. Louis, MO. The building is a modern interpretation of St. Louis’ historic urban context. The building represents an evolution in JEMA’s exploration of urban housing. 4 different types of steel come together along with custom brick to create a building that is modern but also contextual.
