St. Louis Post-Dispatch Features MOFO Development

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch recently featured what has been fondly called our MOFO project, a mixed-used residential building at Morganford Road and Connecticut Street in St. Louis’s Tower Grove South neighborhood.

As quoted in the article, “Developers want to replace Tower Grove South car wash with apartment building,” the group of investors “is still working out details with the city, but hope to break ground on the project in the fall.”
