Celebrating in St. Clair

The community of St. Clair came out recently to celebrate the groundbreaking for their new library. The 10,000 sq. ft. library is part of Scenic Regional Library’s master plan to build up to nine new libraries for their communities throughout Gasconade, Franklin, and Warren counties.
