JEMA recently attended the Missouri Municipal League Conference in St. Louis, MO. Our exhibit was the “go to” booth (and not just for the fabulous KaKao chocolates). Over the past five years, JEMA has quickly become the “go-to firm” for municipalities in Missouri and Illinois.
