New Balance Facility Featured on Fox2 News
JEMA partnered with New Balance as architect and interior designer of their new 165,000 sq. ft. warehouse and customer care facility. We collaborated with them to understand their goals for the new facility, and integrated their vision, software and hardware for distribution into the building architecture.
The new warehouse:

expects to ship 2.2 million units annually with a peak daily capacity of 19,667 units

services US direct-to-consumer shipments in all 50 states, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses

utilizes single pair material handling equipment and multi-unit consolidation technologies that allow for a 180% increase in processing capacity over previous facility
The warehouse was designed to accommodate the industry’s rapid growth in e-commerce and online sales. With this facility, New Balance “expects to provide same day order fulfillment for the majority of its customers.” Fox2 News in St. Louis recently featured the project:
