Scenic Regional Library X 4

Scenic Regional Library & JEMA team up again! This time our new library will take us to the town of Owensville, MO. The project will be a ground-up building located at the intersection of East Madison Ave and HWY 19.

Owensville is a great town. Like so many small towns in Missouri, it is full of small treasures and hidden gems. JEMA is excited to bring a new state-of-the-art library to Owensville. The library will be more than a place to house literature, it will also be a community gathering place, a technology destination, a children’s playroom, a teen’s hangout, a senior citizen’s center, a community garden…and much more.
