Volpi Selects JEMA

We are excited to announce that Volpi Foods has selected JEMA as their architect and interior designer. Volpi Foods, a 110 year old, 3 generation family company is expanding their retail store located in the Hill.

The process of dry-curing meats with sea salt and temperature control has been traced back to 5000 BC. This 7000 year old tradition of hand-crafting is the Volpi way. This is a rare and special company and we are honored to carry forward their strong tradition and heritage to future generations.
