Ranken Technical College Again!

Ranken Technical College continues its expansion with the near completion of its latest new technology laboratory: Rodenheiser West located in their north St. Louis campus. The 30,500 sq. ft. new facility will provide “hands on” lab and shop space for Ranken’s students.

JEMA’s design centers on a daylighting strategy and features a glass clerestory that runs the entire length of the building. The building envelope and structure are designed to eventually hold six classrooms on a mezzanine level. The clerestory that now lights the laboratory space will, when the mezzanine is constructed, light the classrooms.
