JEMA's design for a new corporate headquarters located in Clayton, MO is a reflection of the evolving culture of the company. Openness and transparency are its essential drivers, and the design is a physical manifestation of those values.

In 2012, the city acquired St. Theresa of Caluctta Church and Grade School intending to transform the 1960s building into their new Community Center. Ferguson hired JEMA to plan, program, and design the first dedicated Community Center in the city’s 120-year history.

Ranken Technical College — Rodenheiser West

Ranken Technical College — Rodenheiser West

Ranken Technical College continues its expansion with the completion of its latest new technology laboratory: Rodenheiser West, located in their north St. Louis campus. The new 30,500-sq.-ft. facility will provide "hands on" lab and shop space for Ranken's students.

Ranken Technical College — Wentzville, MO

Ranken Technical College’s presence in Wentzville, MO has seen tremendous growth in recent years. Operating out of a lease space that is not ideally suited for their needs, they asked JEMA to design their new campus. Building 1 is the first of five buildings envisioned.  

Clayton Family Center

Clayton Family Center

JEMA partnered with Kristy DeGuire of DG2 to create a “natural” playground for the Family Center in Clayton, MO. The Family Center is the early childhood education center for the School District of Clayton. The Center’s existing outdoor playground was constructed many years ago, and has become weathered and worn out.
