ARE YOU MOFO MATERIAL?

As the MOFO Urban Residences' steel sub-structure is erected, we ask: are you MOFO material? The question is important because the design for MOFO Urban Residences is a modern interpretation of the traditional St. Louis masonry buildings of yesteryear. Instead of mimicking the past or creating a pastiche of history, the MOFO is a reinterpretation of the materiality, forms and scale of traditional architecture.

Perforated weathering steel, white oak, corrugated metal and charcoal grey brick come together to create a composition that is decidedly modern, but contextual.
