Gamlin Whiskey House

The Gamlin family of restaurants expanded with the opening of Gamlin Whiskey House in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis, MO. JEMA designed the 3,000 sq. ft. space, which required a “gut” renovation of an existing historic building located on a prominent corner at Euclid and Maryland Avenue.

The Whiskey House interior design includes custom light fixtures reminiscent of whiskey barrels, and a custom bar designed to display the extensive collection of whiskey, bourbon, and scotch whiskey. Elements of copper and American white oak are woven throughout the restaurant in an effort to provide a modern twist on the earthy tradition of whiskey making.
