Project Manager

JEMA is adding a Project Manager to our team. This person will be responsible for managing multiple simultaneous projects and their design teams. Key to this role is the effective communication of design, schedule, deliverables and budgets to the client, the JEMA design team, and consultants. Experience with municipal, multi-family, educational, and workplace architecture is a plus.

Interior Designer

JEMA is adding an Interior Designer to our team.  This person will be a self-motivated, vocal member of our team. The culture at JEMA is joyful and supportive, but we also value hard work, initiative, and collaboration. We are looking for people who embrace challenges and want an opportunity to grow with the firm. While we provide a flexible work environment, the selected candidate must live in the St. Louis area and be able to regularly work in the office, attend in-person meetings and site visits, and be a collaborative member of our team both in-person and virtually.

RFQ/ RFP Marketing Specialist

JEMA is looking for a highly motivated marketing and graphics-savvy individual who will be responsible for the overall Requests for Qualifications/ Requests for Proposals (RFQ/ RFP) development process.

This individual will design winning solution strategies in the pursuit of projects for the firm.

The RFQ/ RFP Specialist is a position that will be working closely with the design & visualization teams to craft winning proposals and RFQ/ RFP responses.

Typically, the individual will be juggling multiple proposals/RFQs and managing various deadlines. Daily activities may include monitoring the latest bids and solicitations from various sources, vetting potential projects, strategy meetings to discuss a new RFQ/ RFP, collaboration with multiple individuals to craft thoughtfully planned responses catered to the situation, and independent work to finalize an RFQ/ RFP response.

In addition, the position will require an individual who is able to use their graphics and marketing expertise to assist with tasks such as writing various copy for website news posts and creating content for JEMA’s social media platforms.

Social Media Intern

JEMA is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Social Media Intern to join our team during our 2024 Summer Internship Program. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in assisting our social media efforts across various platforms. You will have the opportunity to participate in social media strategy, content creation, and analytics while gaining practical experience in a creative environment.

JEMA welcomes anyone who is willing to put their creative foot forward and assist in the growth of our social media presence. This is a paid internship. Compensation is determined by level of experience.

Intern

JEMA is committed to educating young architects and interior designers.  As an Architectural or Interior Design Student Intern, you are responsible for performing basic architectural and interior design assignments after receiving specific and detailed instruction as to tasks required and results expected.
